    DESCRIPTION :

    Formula 600 uses a paintable silicone as the release agent. It contained a modified polysiloxane compound which is suitable for use in precision injection and compression molding of thermoset and thermoplastic materials. It was developed to meet the requirement for a thin film non-oil paintable release agent for the moulding industries. This formulation is CFC free and does not have any CFC related materials. It can bed used where subsequent processing such as spray lacquering, metal foil stamping or printing that follows.

    Direction of Use
    1. Make sure the mold surface is clean and dry.
    2. Spray evenly from a distance of 15 to 20 cm to obtain good coverage. Moving the can from side to side will give better coverage.
    3. Do not overspray.
    Caution
    Contents under pressure. Do not spray near any fire or sparkling point. Do not store or expose the container for a long duration in places with temperature above 40°C. Do not pierce or burn the container. Use in good ventilation areas. Avoid breathing the vapor and keep out of reach of children.
