Aerosol Specialists Sdn Bhd was formed with the intention to manufacture mold release agents for then growing Malaysia plastic injection molding industries. In 1986, we manufactured our first aerosol product, a paintable silicone mold release for the local injection molding factories. Since then we have a number of UL approved mold release formulations, both paintable and general purpose, silicone and non-silicone based materials.

Since 1986, we have developed more than 100 products for the molding industries; these products cover a range of applications and a varieties of molding materials. One of our most successful release agents for the transfer molding in the manufacture of LED is a range of non-silicone was mold release. These ranges of products are being exported to Singapore, China, Thailand and Taiwan, apart of our regular customers in Malaysia.

Most of our raw materials are imported from multi-national companies in US, Europe and Japan. These companies manufacture specialty products with strong research and development facilities and products they make are of high quality standard. We developed our own formulations and packed them in aerosol cans.
We sell our products through distributors and we also do custom packing for our customers with their own brands.
We believe that many products can be delivered by aerosol packaging, and that aerosol products will continue to grow in importance in respect to their ease of applications and innovation in its technology.
Environmental, safety and health aspect of aerosol packaging are issues that need to be looked into regularly. Re-formulation and re-engineering are areas that need to be worked on consistently. Thank you and please take your time t go through this site.
