    DESCRIPTION :

    Silicone Mold Release 3S is packed in aerosol spray can containing a polysiloxane and the product is propelled through the use of a non-CFC gas and the finished product does not contain any CFC.

    Silicone Mold Release 3S shall burst at 70-80°C and for the internal and the resistance pressure are given as below:

    Internal Pressure at 25°C

    4.3 kg/cm2

    Resistance Pressure at 25°C

    13.5 kg/cm2

    Silicone Mold Release 3S is a silicone release agent intended for precision injection and compression moulding of rubber, plastics and fibreglass. It prevents sticking of the moulded parts to the moulds and cavities and also to the processing and fabrication equipments. It can be used for glass, rubber, plastic and metal where friction or release is a problem. This formula is not intended for moulded parts which required printing or metal stamping unless the moulded parts are cleaned properly before printing or metal stamping.

    Caution
    1. When in use, keep the spray approximately 30cm from the object.
    2. Do not expose the can to temperature more than 40°C.
    3. Do not pierce or burn the can even after use.
    4. Do not spray onto any naked flame or any incandescent materials.
    5. Use in good ventilated areas.
