    DESCRIPTION :

    Non-Silicone Mold Release SL-32 is an alternative non-silicone mold release agent for heavy duty molding where parts are needed to be painted. This is a paintable grade release agent where silicone based release agent cannot be used. Suitable for ABS, Noryl, Nylon, Polycarbonate and Urethane. It can also be used for Acetal, Acrylic, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Polysulfone, PVC and rubber. This formulation does not contain ozone depleting chemicals and it is biodegradable and odorless.

    PRODUCT PROPERTIES:

    Paintable, suitable for metal hot stamping, permits ultrasonic welding of plastics parts.

    Direction of Use
    1. Make sure the mold surface is clean.
    2. Spray evenly from a distance of 15 to 20 cm to obtain good coverage.
    3. Do not overspray. Excessive spraying will not necessarily give better results.
    4. Determine and tryout spraying distance for each different application.
    Caution
    Contents under pressure. Do not spray near any fire or sparkling point. Do not store or expose the container for a long duration in places with temperature above 50°C. Do not pierce or burn the container. Use in good ventilation areas. Avoid breathing the vapor and do not over spray. Keep out of the reach of children.
